We're Hiring: Team Lead - Rider Logistics (Part-Time, On-Site - Gothenburg)
Location: Gothenburg, Sweden

Contract Type: Part-time with the possibility to work full-time hours
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy coordinating people and processes while keeping things organized and efficient? We're looking for a Team Lead to support our Rider Logistics operations in Gothenburg.
About the Role:
As a Team Lead in our Logistics department, you'll oversee the daily coordination of rider recruitment and onboarding activities. You'll lead by example, working closely with the office team to make sure top notch rider compliance, engagement, coordination, and follow up. Your Key Responsibilities:
Be the gateway of communication among the riders and the management
Weekly follow up calls / performance report sharing
Assist the management for administrative tasks like collecting information/ documents
Conducting compliance shifts as per schedule
Helping with E-car service and maintenance.
What We're Looking For:
Open to working riding shifts with foodora E-Car, along with some office hours
Experience in logistics, team coordination, or similar roles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Fluent in Swedish (required) and English
Confident communicator and capable of leading a small team
Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Swedish DL is must
Flexible and available to work varying hours (up to 40 per week), based on operational needs
