🔍 About the Role
As a Fleet Associate in the Logistics team, you’ll work closely with, and at times, supervise Team Leaders, while coordinating daily operations, and compliance of riders. You’ll collaborate with experienced and new hired Riders, compliance assistants, and operational managers to ensure every rider has a seamless start.
🛠️ Your Key Responsibilities:
Daily scheduling and staffing coordination
Handle admin tasks related to operations and performance tracking
Support employer branding and logistics-related recruitment events
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Experience in logistics, team coordination, or recruitment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Fluent in English (required); Swedish is a strong plus
Strong communicator with leadership potential
Proactive, hands-on, and thrives in a dynamic environment
Flexible and available to work varying shifts (up to 40 hours/week)
