We are looking for a Junior Area Manager who will be part of our rider organization at foodora. WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
- Be responsible for the administration of Stockholm’s Rider Hub
- Perform Rider compliance and performance follow-ups
- Rider recruitment, onboarding, training, and staffing
- Be responsible for foodora’s e-vehicle service and maintenance
- Generate utilization reports and analyzing dashboards by performing data exports
WHO YOU ARE
- Structured - We are moving fast which is synonymous with change, therefore finding a good structure is key
- Self- propelled- This is a position where we expect you take your own decisions and initiatives
- Communicative - You are a solid communicator, who thrives when helping your colleagues out
- Leadership skills- Do you have a natural leader inside of you? In that case we definitely want to take part in that!
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree from a relevant area (such as HR, management, economics or engineering)
- Good knowledge in Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- You communicate fluently in English and Swedish
- Previous experience from positions within team management, operations and planning
Start date: As soon as possible.
